Sulphamethoxazole 10% w/w & Trimethoprim 2% w/w
Indication
This is a water soluble Antibiotic.
It can be used for the control of infections caused by micro-organisms susceptible to Trimethoprim and Sulphamethoxazole such as bacterial and protozoal enteritis and urinary tract infections, Staphylococci infections in the ear and skin, salmonellosis and E. Coli infection in pigs, veal calves and poultry, coccidiosis, poultry typhoid, paratyphoid, giardiasis in poultry, respiratory tract infections and abscesses.
Usage instructions
As directed by the Veterinarian.
General guidelines: To be administered twice daily in a little feed or water.
Poultry: One teaspoonful (5g) in 5 litres of drinking water for 5-7 days as a treatment dose. Half teaspoonful (2.5g) in 5 litres of drinking water for 14 days for prophylaxis. Calves, sheep, goats & pigs: One teaspoonful (5g) per 8kg body
weight with water or feed for 5-7 days.

Precautions
Water should be readily available to animals receiving this therapy.
Do not use in animals hypersensitive to sulphonamides or those with liver disease.
Do not administer to pregnant animals.
Store in a dry place below 30°c. Keep out of reach of children.
